Hi Dawna, > It’s been a long time since we have contacted you. I hope all is well with you. We borrowed our son’s digital camera, and got a few pictures of Rufus (11 months) and Cayenne (18 months). The pictures are pretty shadowed, they were taken too late in the day. Rufus always acts like he is in trouble when we try to take his picture, and drops his ears. Hopefully you can get some idea of what georgious dogs they are. Rufus has Hella’s beautiful markings, but he is beginning to look a lot like John Moses. He has a really great temperament, very eager to please, and very loveable. Even our neighbors love him! Cayenne is still incredibly feisty and athletic, and still a bit of a challenge. She can darn near get out of a six foot fence, if she can find a corner to climb. She is also incredibly loving, and very, very red. Hopefully you can see it in the pictures. Her and Rufus are pretty inseparable. We keep the 2 of them kenneled together. Ciara and Calibos are doing well too. Sorry we didn’t get any pictures of them this time. We will try to get some soon. Ciara is very beautiful, and we really want you to see how she turned out. Calibos is just as sweet as ever. He and Ciara are kennel mates and get along great, although Ciara is a tiny bit food aggressive. Thankfully Calibos is very easy going with the other dogs. I always hesitate to ask, I don’t want to stir up sad emotions. I know some of your dogs were getting up there in age, but how are all your babies? Having met a lot of them, and visiting the web site so often, I feel I know them, and am always concerned. I hope to hear from you soon.
