Dawna,
I'm sending along some more pictures of Bubba, I
think these are really good. He's coming to work with me this week, it's
been an adventure for us both! He has been a perfect gentleman, but does
growl if people come into my office. He's even been an angel with the shop
cat, something he doesn't do at home with our cat, he loves to devil her!
My boss' wife took these pictures yesturday, and
she's much better at it than we are. He is truly gorgeous.
thanks

Hi Dawna~ Time flies and it’s been a while since my last note. Sheba (“Exiger” out of Mayhem/Grizzly ‘02) is wonderful and we remain beyond happy with her temperament and devotion. She has had many adventures since her early days in Arizona. She spent 6 weeks in California living near the beach (my parents kept her while we moved to Newport Rhode Island) then drove across country. Included in her vacation was a stop at the Grand Ole Opry, and a day trip through Manhattan, NY. She arrived in Newport in time to enjoy the snowiest winter in recent memory! Our house had 5 acres of open field which were filled with snow banks. This dog LOVES the snow. (Hates the rain and wet grass?!) Below is a picture of her fun filled snow days. She spent the entire winter leaping and bounding through the deepest snow. In her mind winter snow was created just for her amusement. Spring of this year found us moving again, back to South Carolina. She is enjoying her new home, and finds living on a golf course just to her liking. The wandering deer provide just the right amount of interaction with the native fauna. She isn’t sure of the Alligators living in the water trap down from our house. Below is a picture of her greeting the “neighbors”. She blends in with the fence color…Oddly enough the deer don’t come around much anymore… Her grandest adventure continues in her new role of “big sister” to our 7 month old son. She loves him to distraction, and keeps him in sight all the time. I don’t know who enjoys “chase” more, our dogter or our son….Some recent pictures below. I swear I don’t pose these two; just keep the camera handy! As you can see, we are all doing well. I hope the same goes for you guys. As always we appreciate your standards of breeding, honesty, and care for your dogs (even the ones who leave the nest). We can’t wait to settle into a new “routine” and will look to you when adding our next “Dogter”. Thanks so much, Alisa Pappas PS Thought you’d get a kick from this last photograph….She wasn’t “in” the wedding, but who can resist an opportunity to have their dog miss a great family photo?
