Dawna - she didn't like the camera much (I
started off taking pics of my Standard Schnauzer pups to send to people,
and she was circling me barking!) So it was hard to get a
picture of her standing. I put her in a down stay to get the lying
down ones. Anyways, the height of her rear is exaggerated by the
fact that she's standing on a slight slope, but it's definitely higher
than the front, as it should be...what do you think of her?
She's still been the MOST wonderful pup.
She showed some aggression towards the Rottweiler next door when the
Rott and my Standard started getting nasty through the fence (Angel
HATES that dog!). She's always just been goofy pup wanting to play
with the Rott before, but it snarled at her buddy, and boy, her whole
back went up and she was showing some serious teeth.
She's such a big pushover, though, with us
and even the kids. I just love her because I feel safe, both
because other people are afraid of her size and looks, and because I
feel safe with her around my children. She's such a love. I
wish I took pics of my 3 year old putting the little hat on her head!
Thank you so much for Sydney - and also for
always being there for me. I mentioned to one of my puppy buyers
the other day that I was trying to be like my Fila's breeder...she was
saying how sweet I was to always respond so quickly to her calls and
emails. She thought that was neat.
Take care, and we'll talk to you soon.
By the way, Syd's only 10 mos. old in these pictures! We haven't
weighed her since her spay surgery, but she was 117 or 118 then, so
she's probably about 125-130 now. Scott said it hurts his back to
pick her up now - poor muscle-man! : )
Bye,
Belinda
