Memorial to Feo

July 5 1999 to June 8 2009

Feo was born at Eshabeta Kennel July 5, 1999.  He started life not knowing how important and impressive fila he was going to be.

It all started with the unconditional bond between Feo and Cliff. Cliff’s love and hard work drove Feo to be one of the only 4 time certified search and rescue dogs in the US. He was certified in cadaver, urban, article and tracking.

On top of being one of the best search and rescue dogs in Indiana, he was also a great spokes person for his breed. He would go to all the local dog parks and romps to promote Search and rescue.

He also worked along side Cliff doing off road recovery. He would protect Cliff on late night runs showing he true fila owner loyalty. At home he was a real fila and at work he was a real gentleman. After he retired from search and rescue in 2004 he took the life of being the biggest couch potato.

Feo passed away June 8 2009. At 10 years of age he accomplished more then one dog should. He will be missed be many people and K9 alike.
