TELL US: Too violent to own?

The recent mauling death of a 5-year-old girl in Carroll County by a
Rottweiler is generating talk again that some breeds should be banned from
personal ownership in Georgia. Breeds suggested include Rottweilers and pit
bulls, among others.
Should certain breeds be banned from personal ownership? If so, which ones
and why? If not, please explain.
