Just received this regarding proposed breed specific legislation in Falmouth, Kentucky and Pendelton County, Kentucky.  Please contact the officials there to voice your polite and respectful opposition to BSL and also to offer viable alternatives to the city and county officials.  Next city council meeting is September 20, 2007.  Contact information below.

They are trying to ban Pits in the city of Falmouth, Ky. and in our county of Pendleton.It recently started in the city and the last local article in the paper wrote that the city council people were trying to talk to the judge trying to ban them out here in the county.  I have tried to recently organize some of my friends in the county tha that have pits.

 

There is a meeting on Sept. 20th that concerns mainly the city ban I guess, but we don't actually know how the county thing is being played out. There has been no notice of any meetings concerning us.
