ALERT: Massachusetts
HEADS UP PEOPLE !!!! The state of Massachusetts, is putting together a 'dog ordinance' committee....WHY???? To incorporate BSL, (breed specific legislation) !!! They have mentioned BOTH 'pit bulls' AND Rottweilers, however it is 100% certain they will restrict or ban 'pit bulls' regardless. Several years ago, this state attempted to require that ANYONE owning a Rottweiler would have to show proof of owning at least 1/2 acre....that was either in the late 80's or early 90's so this state is not knew to this type of mindset.... We defeated them once before, be prepared, for we will have to do it again.... At least now we do have some better court cites to use for education and our Constitutional rights via due process and property....
